Refund Policy

At Graffy Designs, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and memberships that support your creative journey. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final.

Digital Products

– Due to the instant delivery of our digital files; we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
– If you experience an issue with a file (such as a corrupted download or missing element), please contact us at jeni.kaiser@graffydesigns.com and we will promptly provide a corrected version.

Memberships and Subscriptions

– Subscriptions (monthly, 6-month, or annual) are billed in advance.
– Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods (for example, canceling halfway through a month).
– You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Promotions and Discounts

– All promotional sales, discounts, and bonus offers are final.
– No price adjustments will be made for past purchases if new promotions are offered later.
